Well had my delivery today and I can confirm that it was from Korky's post, so thank you!!

However I am disappointed that it isn't in fact £500.00 as advertised it was £100.00 worth and the bbq grill they sent was already opened and sealed back up with brown tape. Can they do this?

I had a call a few hours after the first call to say I had won a festival pack from the daily star competition too, but I'm thinking this may have been the same company calling me, meaning to call about the southern comfort festival pack and accidentaly said about the daily star one instead? Im really confused and to be honest a little annoyed. The phone call followed the same format and my prize was to be delivered by courier today too.

Any suggestions what I should do?

Def call them and state what u were told, also express how upset u r at this, then give them a chance to sort out what has actually happened and come back to u within a suitable timeframe, if u r not happy with the response, u can take it further xxx

I agree with the advise already given, give them a call and explain that the prize received is not to the value of the prize advertised, regardless if it is a freebie or not it isn't fair and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it!
