Debt Collector Keeps Calling

Hello all,
I had a Capital One credit card referred to a debt collector. I first learned about that when the collection agency started calling me and leaving voice messages asking me to call back. I found out that the company is called Global Credit. I proceeded with finding their website and sending a DV letter to their address listed on the website. They accepted the letter (certified mail) but they still keep calling. Then I received a letter in the mail from their company asking for payment but from a different address (not the one on their website). What do I do next?
Thanks.

What is DV mail? Are you British?I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

No you're not, I jus googled it. You're American. Everything on this board is written according to the regulations in the UK, so I'm sorry we were unlikely to be able to offer you any help.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
