Need some advice...

Hopefully ive posted this in the right forum...
Back in May this year, i was made redundant after the company i was working for went bust.
Because of that i was unable to pay my phone bill with vodafone, and went into an unarranged overdraft with my bank (halifax).
At the moment i'm on JSA and have an outstanding balance of 480gbp (round figure) with vodafone and ~330 with halifax.
Up until this month, my balance with vodafone was ~180 due to unpaid bills, but according to the letter i recieved thismorning they have cancelled my account which has added 300 onto my debt and are saying that if i do not pay the balance, they are going to add another 100.
Because of my unarranged overdraft with the bank, and them changing their policies, i had been charged 5 pouunds a day for every day i was in an unarranged overdraft.
When the charges came through for the first month of me being overdrawn, i was a bit shocked, 150 pounds in bank charges for being a few pounds over my limit. I went to the bank the following monday and managed to get my account frozen and set up a payment plan.
So at the moment im paying 50 pounds a month out of my JSA to the bank and have a 480 (possibly 580) pound debt that i cant do anything about.
What are the best options for me to do in my situation?
James.
