Had letter from MBNA's lawyers threatening a Warrant of Execution

I've sent them a copy of my budget and other debtors showing that we can only afford to send them a token payment of £1 per month coz our outgoings exceed our income but now we've had this letter.
Initially I was hugely relieved about finally facing up to our crap financial situation but this letter has really scared me coz a WofE means a bailiff can come to your house!
How likely is it this can/will happen and is there anything I can do to avoid it that I haven't done already???

Have they got a CCJ against you already?
If not, then it is all just 'hot air'.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Its a common MBNA scare tactic, as fermi has said, unless they have already been to court to obtain a CCJ, they cant get a WoE.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
