hi there, can someone please clarify,if a debt was accrued with the csa prior to 2000, can they now collect it?
I have looked on the nacsa website and they say that the csa can issue administrative liability orders which means that they can collect pre-2000 debts?
are the debts classed as statute barred?thanks

Depends where you are.
In Scotland it is not statued barred.0 -
Under the Sutherland Judgment, it depends when the debt became due, not when it was run up.
Hope it helps.0 -
