CCJ Payments

Hi hope someone can help!
I'm on a DMP, have been for about 4 years. One account went to CCJ with a charging order 3 years ago.
We have been making all payments via CCCS.
What I'm wondering is as we pay off each debt the remainder of my monthly payment is increased to remaining creditors except my CCJ. We should have all debts cleared in the next 12 months or so apart from the CCJ, as we would then have spare money (as such) does my CCJ payment have to increase? Or can it remain at the value of the judgement? What happened if incomes changed, e.g. Off on maternity leave?
Thanks in advance.

It is set but you should increase as the court may have awarded interest to the company. I was in situation where paying £20 a month but £34 was deducted for interest so my debt was increasing each month!! Contact the solicitor who issued the proceedings against you for a sett fig to see if vastly increased... it can be a vicious circle.0
