Just thought I would post with an update of our current situation

Debts as of Jan 2010

DLC £39000
NORTHERN ROCK £27000
WONGA.COM £2,069.80
WONGA.COM £868.22
QUICKQUID £309.00
NEXT £200.82
ALLI & LEIC £260.00
3 MOBILE £82.95
3 MOBILE £65.94
ABBEY £39.39

As I was the only one earning we were making payments through CCCS and have been slowly reducing the debt. However, in June my OH got a part time job and we have cleared all but 3 of the debts above.

DLC £37,493.86
NORTHERN ROCK £25,563.27
WONGA.COM £2,069.80

We have agreed Full & Final with Wonga, they reduce the debt to £750 if we pay £250 over 3 months, and we have 2 payments left.

Northern Rock are now receiving the full, contracted amount and from 1st November DLC will be receiving £400 per month. From Jan this should increase to £500 and from Oct next year this should increase to £600 per month.

Due to a promotion at work I now receive a car allowance, insured for business use and have managed to obtain Car Finance on a car. My 14 year old Megane was not up to the job of driving to various offices around the country!!!

Anyway this is covered by my car allowance and our debt is decreasing, obviously DLC are not happy but they will be receiving an SOA shortly with our payment proposals

Thanks for all the support so far, down to 3 debts but now in a position where we can afford to pay them off correctly. Without the support on this board we would probably still be on our cccs DMP and definately would not have had the confidence to take our creditors on ourselves

So thanks and good luck to everyone
