The Worst Customer Service Ever From ASDA !!!

I placed my first online home delivery with ASDA to be delivered on Saturday (4th) & when it was delivered all my chilled & frozen foods were missing, I contacted ASDA on the 0844 number which is on the invoice & this is where all the problems began,
On first telephone they were helpful, Rang the store, Then contacted me back saying that they would bring me the missing items later Saturday evening, I was happy with that.
Then nothing came, No telephone call to say it wasnt coming, Nothing.
Sunday & second call, Explained what had happened the day before was told they would contact the store & ring me back, Got a phone call back saying that they couldnt get through to the home delivery department & that they would keep trying, Again three hours later never heard back from them.
Sunday 3rd call, I rang again by now i`m pretty mad as no fresh food its getting later & later got my daughter back at school Monday & nothing fresh for her Lunchbox i explained this & told again they would contact the store, Had a call back saying the store would contact me, Again never had a call back.
In the end i had to run into my local Morrisons at 3.45 to grab what i could as the shops close at 4pm & i had nothing fresh in.
Sunday 4th call, I rang & told them the store had not called me & now ive lost all patience & want my money back on the full order for the stress & inconvience they have caused me, They agreed to a full refund but couldnt process it until the next day being Monday as there was no manager there present to authorise it but i would be contacted by the manager of the customer services on Monday.
Monday, Gone 11am havent heard anything, So now call number 5,
They have gone back on there word & now say they will only refund me the missing items & a £10 E-voucher i told then they could keep there E-voucher as i was never going to place another online order with them again after this, I also went on to say that No way i will not settle for anything less than my full refund, Told again they will contact the store as the manager there is refusing the full refund & call me back.
Monday call 6, After not hearing from them again i made another call to be told the manager from the store involved would ring me,
Monday call 7, After not hearing from the manager i have had enough, This number is not cheap & is racking up my phone bill, I had a right go they knew how angry i was i told them i was going to be reporting the store to the WATCHDOG Program & they have bascially taken my money & not given me what i have paid for, Digusting behaviour they had shown me, Still no refund is given to me.
So today Tuesday, I went into the store asked at the Customer services for the Store manager who was not even there !!! So the duty manager was called, I explained everything told him exactly how angry i was what had been happening & what hadnt been happening, He didnt even put up an arguarment with me quite the opposite, He even went on to say that ASDA cannot handle the areas they must cover especially in London where i`am. He gave me a full Refund there & then, What an awful experience this has really been, I`am posting this to warn other people as i wouldnt like to see anybody else in my situation.
I have also reported ASDA to WATCHDOG i hope they do something about this awful delivery service.
