The 2k in 2 months challenge

Options
Heres the score. I take home roughly 2k per month (though I work about 60 hours per week, roughly 42 in the office, another 18 from home).

I'm hoping to pay off £2000 in 2 months. If I put my mind to it I think I can do it.

Anyone mind if I make this some kind of diary to spur me on?

I'm hoping to use quidco money and start matched betting, aswell as use my wages.

If I could leave a tally of what I have done here that would be great. Starting from tommorow (as a cheque clears tommorow!!)

So will run from 27th Sep - 27th Nov. Then I shall have crimbo to worry about.

Anyone reckon I can do it? I need about 900-1100 to live on a month and pay for the house, car etc.

When I say 2k, I am not including monthly payments.

Cheers,
Graham.

Don't really need an SOA, sorted in that respect and am already paying off my debts, just want to try and go faster. Also hard to do an SOA as it's different every month as I'm self employed but I'll give it a go.

Monthly Income (this is all take home, so no need to deduct tax)

    Employment: 750
    Self Employment Contracts only: 800
Misc earnings: 100-300 (extra jobs, ebay etc)
Cashback, casino bagging and general looking for ways to make money: 300-600

    Outgoings:
    Mortgage: 260
    Rent: 198
    Insurances: 60
    BT & AOL: 32
Loan & CC repayments: 600 (higher than they should be)
    Food etc: 90
    Diesel: 80
Council Tax: 93 (should be less as living on my own for now, but just moved in and have to pay more or something)
    Mobile: 35
    Sky: 15
    Water: 26
    Electricity: :20 (if that)

    Think thats it?

So get totals of income at lowest: £1950

    Outgoings: £1449

I could get the outgoings down by reducing the payments to minimum payments on the loans and CC's, but thats a silly idea really!

it may look as if I'm left with roughly 500 quid a month, but the income is the lowest value, hence if I really try as there is more work out there I can be doing, I can possibly make another 500-1000 in a month.

Trouble with this is, I'm working all those hours, and never have any time left, so missing out on other things, but do know that when I'm debt free, I can start relaxing.

The 500 quid a month I'm left over with has been frittered away really. Things such as take aways, plus recently moved in to a new place, so buying loads of DIY things.

Also last month MOT cost just under 300 quid, so it all seems to just dissapear. Hence this post to spur me on and use it for a purpose!

 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
