I was hoping that someone could advise me what to use as hamper filling. Have seen some 'wood wool' on ebay but have no idea what i should expect to pay?
Also has anyone tried soap/candle making? Is it easy/ money saving! Really fancy it and would be a nice hobby?
Thank you.:)

You could use tissue paper or woodwool shred you can get it from candigifts as well as ebay http://www.candigifts.co.uk/items/product-range/wrapping~presentation/coloured-shreds/natural-wood-shred/list.htm
Sorry havent tried soap/candle making yet.:jmember of the thrifty gifty 2011 :j0 -
i always use shredded paper, ive got a cheap shredder and i put either coloured paper or magazine/newspaper though it.
Both soap and candle making are nice hobbies, but not really moneysaving. The ingredients are a lot more expensive than the items themselves. If you are planning to try it , maybe sell some to make back the cost of your materials. It only takes a second to say 'Thanks, you just saved me a few quid!'
