Hamper filling and other advice please!!

I was hoping that someone could advise me what to use as hamper filling. Have seen some 'wood wool' on ebay but have no idea what i should expect to pay?

Also has anyone tried soap/candle making? Is it easy/ money saving! Really fancy it and would be a nice hobby?

i always use shredded paper, ive got a cheap shredder and i put either coloured paper or magazine/newspaper though it.

Both soap and candle making are nice hobbies, but not really moneysaving. The ingredients are a lot more expensive than the items themselves. If you are planning to try it , maybe sell some to make back the cost of your materials.
