Looking for free aerobic music

Hi,

With all the hype about fitness, recently i am looking for some music to play whilst training at home. does anybody know of any free resources for the type of music they play at gym aerobics classes.

I am looking for around 130 to 140 beats per minute.

Check out the music podcast directory on iTunes. Some good ones on there.

Right-click where it says 'Download' next to an episode description and "save target as"

If you have Itunes (download it free here) you can subscribe by clicking this link - Itunes will download the latest episode for you automatically every week.
(You don't need an Ipod to use Podcasts)

And as Moomin said, Itunes has a few more in it's podcast catalogue.
