Police Vetting Questionnaire Questions! am worried

Just landed a fantastic job working for a management company who supply onsite support in a new police and fire headquarters.
Got the job but have been given a NPPV1 Dorset Police Vetting Questionnaire, I'm more than a bit worried with this for two reasons. Two years ago I was in front of a magistrate for Benefit Fraud (I'm not proud of it) and was fined £200 which I have paid off, my first question is, will this show up? I'm not sure if it is a criminal offence or not? Should I just fess up and put it on the form? and also will it go against me?
Secondly, there's a financial check also, and I have a few County Court Judgements against me - they're all over two years old I've actually been paying two of them for over two years but they can not come off until the full amount is paid...
I really don't wanna be told when I've already started that I didn't pass this so any help will be most welcome...

yes it is a criminal offence and yes it will show up,
put it on the forms and add a letter of 'mitigating' circumstances,ie, you were confused/distracted by debt etc but that you are now back in orderI

These checks should have been made prior to giving you a start.
Very bad on their part.Never Knowingly Understood.

Yes it is a criminal offence and you are required to put it on all job applications in the section where you are asked about criminal convictions. Expect to possibly have the job offer withdrawn as you have effectively LIED ON THE APPLICATION FORM.0 -

Where did the OP say they applied for the job by way of an application form? No where I can see.
It may very well have been application by CV and covering letter.
The only form actually mentioned is the vetting one that the OP wanted some advice about.
doobiesis - all you can do is be honest and answer the questions truthfully and completely. Explain why these things happened but do not make excuses. It may go against you but it may not - it all depends on the nature of the specific role you are applying for and whether they deem those incidents to make you a risk in the role.
Good luck0
