1p finds at Tesco thread

T's just paid me 1p to take away a pack two of their sirloin steaks. Shame it was the last one on the shelf at E110N or I'd have had it all. CS took the banner down that was outside.

Yeah, I was at another T's earlier but I forgot all about it until I saw the sign at this one. On my way to one, possibly two more T's (already 30 miles from home!) to try. My freezer is full so I'll either have to ask a neighbour or take a trip to mums and stick it in the chest freezer.

Thanks I just managed to find 2 trays of the chicken ones. Also for the first time I was there at the right time for them doing whoopsies. Picked up a fair few bags of various 1p veg.

1p...1p!!! we never have anything for anywhere near that price in our store, it used to be ok for whoopsies, but now, things are still only 25% off at 8 o clock at night sometimes!! (our store closes at 10pm, actually thinking about it, it might be midnight)..

the best deal i ever got was boxes and boxes of strawberrys 2 days still in date (wimbledon time) i reckon they just got far too many in anyway we only paid 2 pence a box the whoopsies in my tesco are ridiculous they only ever take off maybe 50p on a chicken/steak compared to my mums t,s she always seems to get bargains
