I will admit i am not working I have an illness and am a little skint, i do volentary work too which doesnt earn much lol. I just trying it really for a laugh and bonus if sells, I'm glad was a few laughs from my ebay add, seams people arnt to bothered. I put a lot of time and effort finding my haul too lol

Adrenalin, what you do with your haul is completley up to you. You found it, bought it and argued your DTD for it, so its yours. I dont see how you selling it is any different than other people having 6 nephews so giving them all bloks for christmas. I got 32 of the 1p roses and, as a good deed, I emptied them into organza bags i had (i use them for my business) and gave them to my 73 year old Grandma as little table-gifts for her monthly "golden girls" old women get together. She bought me some flowers to say thank you. i dont see how me "swapping" them for some flowers is any different from you "swapping" them for some cash. I think the nature of all the 1p and misprice threads is to save us money in a time when we ALL need it. You just used your initiative and went one step further. Ignore anyone that says different, its none of their (or my!) business :T

Isn't this forum all about saving money, bargains and making a bit of money 10/10 for your ebaying
The gas bbqs appeared pretty quickly on eBay too after the 50p glitch well done to all that got them as although the listr made the profit the buyer also gets a bargain

    Hi adrenalin
I've gone back to lurking for personal reasons but just had to say don't take people's comments to heart, most of the people posting are just having a laugh and I would hope are your virtual friends
No-one has a right to judge you and you don't have to explain your personal situation or justify yourself to anyone
From someone who has been at the receiving comments from jealous peeps
Good luck with the sales x
If I could find the time I would love to sell some of my bits and pieces

I too have been wondering where you were- you've been missed:)
  • for those up here just paid a passing visit to Dingwall tesco, wierd , nuts on shelf priced 22p rtc , sock on hanger priced 25p full hangers too ,all sel seem upto date so it seemed
anyway aparently they are clearing out the warehouse and have "found" a lot of reduced stuff including some electrical. now i know that means no DTD ( laptop cooler correctly priced as the phones!) , however if you are passing as I was there may be some bargains to be had,
they were putting russel hobb kettles out in a stack reduced to 12 think was from 30 cannot see it on line sorry, wold have paid more attention but too many staff doing the display!

sorry will not be back there for a week or so unless anyone else finds things then I may cross the bridge!

I actually think the roses could sell well if you listed them as wedding or party favours :)
