At long last I've managed to find the roses
.
I got 2 boxes in St Stephen's and last night we had to go to Beverley to see my niece and got 18 boxes . My mum had gone in earlier and she noticed the roses but she daren't try them (no scanners). She told us and they are now sitting at home waiting for me get home tonight !
HI
can anyone tell which Roses you are all finding for a penny ,is there a pic please?:DEarnings £245 in 2014:T thanks to swagbucks0 -
What a day!
I have found my first roses ever! and 10 of them! the SA wasn't sure, called her manager, he wasn't sure but then I said "yes, they're 1p! discontinued or something and the manager said I must be right!
Also found a box of guylian(or something like that) easter eggs and was desperately looking for the mice, I found two pink ones, the label said "microsoft pomergranate mouse" 1.47GBP so I took both, the scanned at 7.97GBP so off I went to CS, they said the label I looked at wasn't the correct one(how can I know?) and the right one was two labels further left with some other mice above it... they let me have it at 1.47(which I'm happy with) but didn't have any of my dtd talk lol
anyway, thank you all for posting your finds0 -

Thanks a lot for great find
No,, that aint the one i have, mine is identical (ish) style to the one i pictured, but it is green on the top with a clear lid and grey on the bottom, i have looked on direct but couldnt find one, and i have no idea how to post a picture as i really aint too technical. It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.
The world is full of people throwing stones at us. Its what you do with them that counts. Build a wall or build a bridge.0 -

Not 1p but found a RTC item today - mugs with I Love My Grandad on in fridge magnet lettering I'm guessing they're left over from fathers day but for 25p I thought I'd get one to put away for my dad for xmas and get my son to do a 'snowman soup' for him with it"You've got to cut your cloth to suit your wassname" Terry (my Dad), 1944-present0

Just a little update on this situation, I found out this morning (and have been bursting to post on here since!!) WH Smith is getting self serve tills!!
so a 1p thread for WHS might not be a bad idea once they are installed :T:beer::j0
