its probly ham from the deli which is expensive,i do like that picture tho......the crumbed deli ham was on offer the other day tho 62p for 100g about 4 slices.

If i lived nearer to the Peterborough Extra i'd go back and see that manager as i would be interested to know whats going to happen to the 18 boxes they refused to sell me plus the sealed box on the top shelf (not sure how many small boxes are in a case) - wonder if he;ll be taking some home to his misses tonight. So if the SA's can't sell them but they're still on the shelf how stupid is that! Just makes me even more determined not to shop at Tesco. BTW i've been shopping in Sainsbury since i moved and their finest range of ready meals are lush - the Lamb Moussaka is to die for.

Just found the mouse in my local, can confirm the purple works but the black doesn't cause of a different barcode. They are a little tricky though as they have security tags so a busy SS helps the SA not notice the price

Lucky you! never managed to get peanuts in either of those stores. Had lots of harpics out of them both but that was last weekend, since then both of them are only stocking the new ones:mad:

went into tesco yesterday and got 16 roses. asked the woman if they had any more and she eyed me suspiciously and asked "are they on offer?" i said not that i knew of and she then said "no, we only have what is out". i went back today to pick up some nappies on the way back from visiting my mum, when i checked the shelf. it had now been filled with celebrations, but above me on the shelf were another 18 boxes of roses, brand new in cases . so of course i took the liberty of opening them, and they are still scanning at 1p :j
