is he literally kipping between friends?! im guessing he's run up quite a few debts, aswell as urs and is running from all of them!

do u think he maybe has an addiction of some sort?! are u 'close'?! im guessing his only 'contact' is a PAUG fone?!

For the last month he has been on his friends mums couch, previously was living with an aunt but she soon got fed up feeding him.

There isnt any addiction (that im aware of), he just hasnt managed to look after himself since my OH moved out. OH is close with brother and feels he needs to look after him. I wouldnt be surprised if there are more debts, i know he had his orange contract phone cut off aswell.

PAUG phone and cash in hand job.

Anyway called the debt collection agency yesterday, was dreading it as ive read how sneaky these people can be on this board, offered to either pay in £50 pm instalments or full for small discount on the balance which they accepted so got it down to £485ish. Just have to wait for the letter and slip to pay at post office as wasnt giving my debit card details.

    Thanks to everyone for replies.
