and now i cant start driving again till after my holiday... yes i am going holiday next month too on the 16th  how can i save properly? i cant post date cheques (not allowed) and i cant set up a direct debts for say £150/200 as i dont know what i will get paid each month (next months will all be sick pay)

Hi PaP,
You don't need kicking back on - you're already climbing back on by yourself!
Just think of your holiday (try not to sub your mum too much or you won't have any spending money yourself:rolleyes: )
Good Luck

Hey pap :hello:
You are doing well hun and don't you forget it! You've been unwell and stuck indoors for ages and you've been keeping your spending really low - you should be proud of yourself! :j
We all go through patches where things don't go according to plan and maybe you are going through one of them at the moment but the main thing is that you're pulling yourself back on the wagon and you are still continuing :T
The one thing that concerned me though was giving your mom your card! I know we love our mums and yours is an extra special one but it's not wise and it would be best if you could avoid doing that in the future. No offence to your mum, I am sure she wouldn't do anything silly but sometimes temptation when you are under pressure (like she is) can be greater than senseI feel bad for saying but there, it's out now
Take care sweetie and keep your chin up!Leason learnt :beer:0 -

thanks mozziei have and will do well and as you say this is just a bad patch, i am sure i will come out the otherside i just wish every month could be the same :rotfl: mozzie course i will get on the wagon, you cant get rid of me that easily :rotfl: eveyones taught me so much, and although most of it i wont need till i am older i am thankfull to them
the mum thing, i know i was wrong doing it but i have a soft spot with mum (as you know) and i just dont like seeing her unhappy... dont feel bad about saying that mozzie i am glad you have, i know i shouldnt do it but i just dont think... she wont have anymore from me this month anyway because if she does it will make her short when her wages come in... thanks hun

i think were all allowed a wee slip up as long as we learn from our mistakes ..funny thing is i say that to others and totally mean it ..but when i do it i stress ...i think though as moozie says giving your mum your card and saying help yourself no matter how great they are and how much we love them is something we need to think about ..maybe that can be this lesson ..i always try to look at the positives:p0
