1 thing before anyone gives this the thumbs down, the agencies concerned want to surpress knowledge for it is with this knowledge we arm ourselves. They want to seperate, divide and conquer. Keep all the info to themselves, to obfuscate, to baffle to deny. Well let me state for the record this is one worker ant who refuses to take it any longer. I merely wish to spread that knowledge to clraify, to aide communication to give the power back to the man in the street whos getting it as a taxpayer and as a citizen and as a consumer.
The straw the broke this camels back; Charge me over £200 in fees in a month where my benefits was underpaid through no fault of mine will you? DWP wash your hands of it do you? OK, thems the rules you made, your "Policy" is it Bank? Fine, game on...
