I just came on the site to post a reply to a guy looking for good furniture in the North West but the place I know may also be useful to anyone seeeking a good bed. Its called 'B.M. Factory outlet' and is based on Brookside Ind. Estate in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire. The family that own it are really nice and it has been going for almost forty years so buying from there comes with peace of mind. I got my bed and my 2 sofas from them about 18months ago and am still very happy with both.0

Hi NW LondonI personally think it's medium firm to firm. Not very firm, that's for sure but I don't think it's advertised as being very firm anyway. Like I say, I was more than happy with it to start with until it started getting softer. We'll see how the replacement is.
How is the replacement, I'm looking at the Madrid, and I'd be interested in how it's performing now.
