Have I Been Discharged From My Bankruptcy?

in Bankruptcy & living with it
I was made bankrupton the 7th April 2009, I didnot get a early discharge by it is well over a year now how do I find out if I have been discharged?

I have checked on the insolvency website and my details are no longer on the register.....does this mean I have been discharged?

    Hi Denise, yes you have been discharged as of 7th April 2010.....It drops off the IS website three months after that. I would email your OR and ask for a letter confirming AD, as you may need this in the future. Congratulations on your new start.
