Indian Onion Chutney?

I tried a yummy onion chutney at Benares Indian Restaurant the other night. It had onions, honey and wholegrain mustard and a touch of star anise, I think.
Now, I've got home-grown onions and a jar of wholegrain mustard in honey that need using up - so can anyone point me to a good recipe? I've done a search, but didn't find what I wanted.
Thanks

... because I've never made it, but I've searched on Google for you and these are some of the recipes it threw back:-
Onion Chutney (Indian Child website)
Onion Chutney (James Martin: BBC Food)
Traditional Onion Chutney (Recipezaar website)
For more, you may want to check out the Google Search Results on Onion Chutney that I was looking through. HTH
