I really shouldn't imagine you can do anything about the past payments.
What you need to do now is either apply to get the court order amended ... or just go through the CSA. Have you run your figures through the online CSA calculator to see if how much they would take would make a difference? It might be that even with the reduction for the overnights, they would still take more.
