redundancy decision tomorrow

my hubby finds out tomorrow if he is being made redundant or not. Well fed up not so much for the money (which isn't that good) but he enjoys the job. Anyway if this happens this will be the first time he has been out of work, can we get any kind of benefits etc. (I work by the way)

Sorry to hear of your situation. Check out http://entitledto.co.uk/ putting in just your earnings as this will give you an idea of what you can claim. Is there a redundancy payment from your husband's firm as this may impact on things like job seekers allowance?
