I got an email from them too and when you go to the page they link to there's nothing there.
Mine is titled:

I had the same e-mail! and when I clicked it said 'congratulations winner' then the rest of the page was blank0

Yep, I had that too. I was sure I was missing something so I copied the URL into Firefox and the page displayed properly:
"We would like to congratulate the lucky winner: Michael Cambridge from UK!"
