I spotted this on the Sainsburys online supermarket website, and I did try searching V water and Beetle, hopefully not a double.

Looks like you need to tap in the barcodes into the web form to enter. I don't buy the juice but will be popping to the shop tomorrow to see if the codes are unique or not.

I got hold of this one today it was on a neck collar in Tesco. The barcodes are not unique.
Each flavour has its own barcode, for example the one I got was Lemon and Lime (Shield) and the barcode on all the bottles in this flavour is 4 060800 134042. You will be asked to submit random numbers from the barcode, i.e the 4th, 6th, 8th and 9th numbers which in this case would be 0013
