I'm 26, had my pension with SW for 6 years but as I dont have all the paper work from when I started it I was wondering if its possible to cancel it and if I do do I lose all the money in it?

You can stop paying into it but you cant access the money you paid into it as its now in trust for you until retirement (which is why its called pension and not savings account).
if I do do I lose all the money in it?

If you stop paying in then it becomes "paid up" and remains invested until you decide to restart it or transfer it.
