Oral B Electric Toothbrush

I purchased an Oral B toothbrush & all the advertising says it comes with 2 brush heads. I emailed Oral B & they tell me there should only be one. Has anyone else purchased a Oral B electric toothbrush recently & if so, did it come with 1 or 2 brush heads?

If the advertising says 2 then that is what there should be. I would scan in the packaging and email them back with this information.

Was there a head on the toothbrush and one in the box? if so that would be your two.

I'm pretty sure mine came with three, although it was the top of the range one.
- a 'regular' type
- a 'flossing' type (it had four rubber yellow bits on it if that helped)
and a 'sensitive' one I think!
