I went to the exhibition yesterday. Not a very big area but I think there's enough things to see or amuse yourself with. It's an interactive experience where your smart ticket can be used to log what you have seen or do. For example if you tap your ticket at the Rock n Roll ticket reader, when you come back home & register your ticket online at British Music Experience website, you can see all the details & pictures at the comfort of your home. So please don't bend your ticket, put it near your mobile phones or for the ladies, watch that magnetic button on your handbag, if any.
I have to say that the best fun part was the bit where you can play various types of guitar, drums etc & record the session
So you can feel like a musician lol. There's video tutorial that will guide you how to do this. You get to pick what level you are too; beginner, expert etc. If you dare, you can also record yourself singing away and if you're realllllyyyyy feel adventurous - there's also a room with a tv screen showing various dance videos. You can pick which dance you like to do. So whilst you dance to the chosen music video...the camera will record you dancing away
and yes because of the smart ticket, you get to playback all the above at home & maybe forward it to friends :rotfl:
For the picture of the goody bag that I received, click here Goody Bag Picture. I got 1 x Messenger Bag, 1 x Pen & 1 x Travelcard Wallet. Hope that helps.0 -
I won some free tickets and went at the start of October when I was down in London.
I took my parents along and they were well impressed with all the music bits from their era
I agree chocolateilike, the studio with the guitars and drums was the best part although sang a full song on the microphone to then realise that I hadn't switched it on LOL0
