mortgage advice please

hi all
looking to borrow 180k have 40k deposit
been quoted monthly repayments based on 5 year fix nearly all have a product fee of £995.
norwich and peterborough £1057.02
post office £1084.61
yorkshire building society £1095.39
leeds building society £1122.11
co- op £1131.18
halifax £1147.00
have current mortgage with halifax and have been accepted to have new mortgage with them. but realising there is a big saving per month to be made elsewhere starting to wonder wether to look at moving.however dont want to ruin what we have already with halifax or go to a company which would rip us off further down the line or sell our mortgage (as ive read on here)
any advice for or against leaving halifax much appriacated
