Looking for cheap black bin liners

Options
Hi everyone, hope you don't mind me posting this here as I know there is another place I could have put this thread but hardly anyone seems to post on that part of the site so thought I would get the answers I want here as more people will view this.

I need some strong black bin liners to put some clothes in for a while so they have to be quite heavy duty ones. Am wary of just going to Sainsburys to get 'value' ones as I don't want to have to double up on them.

Anyone know where I can get some that are cheap and do the job I want? If you know the information then please can you tell me how much they are and how many come in a pack.

Thanks in advance.

  • Have you got access to a Costco? They do a roll of about 50 for £ odd and sometimes you can get them on buy two get one free. They are the best quality I have ever come accross.

No, I don't have access to a Costco or any of those cool sounding discount places :(

Wilkos tend to be pretty cheap for this sort of stuff.

I don't think I have a Wilkos near me, there definitely isn't one in the town centre. Gosh, this isn't looking good so far. I am going to end up getting the expensive ones from Sainsburys aren't I?:(

At least I know they won't split I suppose.

    Hi ti1980,

As your thread is more of an I wanna than Old Style, I'll move it over the I wanna board where you should get more replies.

  • Morrisons have 10 heavy duty sacks for £1.15 but it's buy 2 get 3rd free so £2.30 for 30. They are nice and strong too...

Thanks for that, the nearest Morrisons isn't that near but I could combine it with other shopping to make it worthwhile.

Netto is very cheap for bin liners. Also, Lidl and Aldi are cheaper compared to other supermarkets and I usually buy from one of these stores.
