Hi
I am about to go bankrupt but I would be grateful with help regarding a few questions.
1. They are asking for my expenditure for the court forms. However, this is not my true expenditure as my ex partner is paying for the things I cannot afford under JSA. So, although we have an agreed expenditure he is subsidising me as obviously I cannot pay what I do not have. Therefore, should I give my supposed expenditure, even though it will be more than my income, or meet it to what I have coming in at the moment (ie JSA at £65.45 a week).
Thanks
