re overdraft charges

Hi

I am in quite a mess at present with my debt problems.
I am currently facing a charging order with one creditor and I am trying to tackle a problem that I have not been able to sort out with Lloyds TSB.
I am in a DMP with CCCS since Sept 2009 and Lloyds have been one creditor who have constantly ignored this.
I wrote to them again recently as I have a credit card with them and a select account.
I requested that they stop taking top up fees for the credit card from my current account available overdraft and also that they stop the account charges on the current account which were 8.95 per month.
They say they will downgrade the account but I know they said Aug 10 may be paid, which it has!
They have refunded the top up fees taken and have finally accepted the DMP payment and they have significantly reduced the interest for the credit card but I am still struggling with the overdraft intereston the select account.
It exceeds the DMP payment so the debt is continuing to grow.
Has any one any ideas what I can do next?
I am trying best to get out of this mess but Lloyds are just hindering this by allowing the debt to continue to grow.
Sorry for rambling and hope this makes sense!

  • P.S I am aware that Lloyds are changing their overdraft charges too!!
  • Hi Blue
    I've had similar with Lloyds
My dmp with cccs pro rata payment to them was just a few pounds over the minimum amount required, cccs could not ammend it so I was getting interest & also late payment charges added every month therefore increasing the balance. Finally after going round in cicles since jan its been sorted
