I use frozen sweetcorn and frozen sliced peppers (Iceland) and then I put peas in with the rice. Its the only way I can get OH to eat veg!0

Cauliflower is good in curry, and a handfull of raisins or sultanas are tasty too, especially if it's a creamy sauce. HTHSo, there are these boys,

Thank you everyone, I chopped a potato into small chunks and threw that in, I also bought some smart price diced frozen vege the other day 40p, so I threw a couple of handfulls of that in as well. OH enjoyed it, and we have enough for another meal tonight:Tgrocery challenge Sept 2012 £21/£3990
