Mine's just arrived. The books are lovely, very pleased. And the bag is not as bad as people have made out (in the other thread). Yeah it's not the most amazing holdall in the world, but for free I'm very chuffed! It will do very nicely as a weekend bag when visiting the parents!

my books arrived today by courier - in my brown waste bin.
i was out so looks like someone who does home delivery as home business has decided to leave me a nice card saying sorry you were out, and in biro it says item in brown bin
had to tip my brown bin over to get my parcel out which had been emptied this morning, but my bins are filthy.
hermes delivery co, cant find how to complain and only the persons local number who delievered the item!?Baby daughter born 13.2.10 :j 6lb 11.5oz0 -

contact books direct. tell them you don't want books that have been in the rubbish bin. we had a delivery by hermes yesterday which was left outside...fortunately it wasn't raining as it was clothing.....0 -
