Arghhhhh need advice please?

Hi everyone
on Friday i logged onto the marc jacobs bang your it application and i got a pop up saying a i won a 50ml fragrance. I print screened it. However i have had no email confirmations for this for address atc and people have said they arrive in the same day or in your junk foler it's been two days now and still no email no were? what should i do? has anyone had this problem? i've commented on their page along with the photo of the print screen but heard nothing back? x

I won too. I ve not had an email either. I have messaged the on their FB Page, and will post again if i hear anything

Can I ask when you 'bang' are you getting 'sorry you haven't won try again' and when you win 'congratulations'? Because in the terms it says that should happen, but my button just says banged? Am I doing it wrong?

No i never got anything when i didn't win, just got a pop up when i did but according to the prizes it's 100ml for silver prize and i'm number 24 on there, and my pop up said i won a 50ml daily prize? so have a won twice? lol x

Thats the same as what happens to me - when i won on it some one else told me as they saw my name on the winners list - I logged in and got the pop up as soon as I went on xx

I had this too yesterday and get the pop up everytime I go onto the game but have had no email or anything In the t&c's though it says can take 3 working days to receive email so hoping will have one tomo

I've just won the gold prize, got an email straight away it went into junk folder, had to click a link to claim my prize and got -
