Transferring Cash Funds from UK Bank to South African Bank

Hi MSE Peeps,
I need to pay a deposit for some accomadation for a holiday in South Africa. I have been provided with bank details of person who i need to transfer funds, can anyone advise me how to transfer deposit from my uk bank account and advise me of any charges to be aware of.

Hi, have you asked your own bank for advice? They might know the ins and outs. And the best way to "protect" your deposit. Keep us posted0
