Thanks sam. It seems you need to be referrered to the Law centre. So I've made appointment with local CAB. Lobour relations agency have a 3 month deadline which has passed.

Thanks, I wasn't aware there was a deadline until recently. I may be able to get it extended because of ill health. I was dismissed after 12 months serious ill health, but my employer had decided before my surgery, that my post was no longer required. I believe that they decided not to make me redundant but waited as they where aware that they could use my ill-heath to to their advantange.
