I've just ordered my prints and had the same thing happen. Just going to wait until it appears on my credit card!

I am also waiting for this to show on my credit card. I have also emailed their customer services and will update here if i get any response.

My dad was telling me today that jessops are in financial trouble.
he said it was partly my fault because I am always getting free photos from them *blush*

So the snapfish bubble may soon burst folks. I guess it'll be another of those it was good while it lasted ones!

I would email them to let them know, Same happened to me when I placed an order on Saturday, I emailed them and they have replied today saying they will credit me the £4.50. My order in the my account now states order total £5.99, amount refunded £4.50.

I have received reply from their customer services that they have refunded me 4.50. So i get 100 photos for 2.50 and quidco cashback too

Just ordered and no problems. Used my two accounts (one from work, one from home) and got my 100 free prints. :beer:

I am having probs here, being told by email you can't have all 50 prints free so that is why my balance is no longer showing at 50p.

Any ideas??
