Me too. My Klick store says they have had nothing from snapfish for ten days. But my online snapfish order says order processed and delivered several days ago! I have also had e-mails that confusingly say they would deliver by post due to klick going bust.

The snapfish customer service phone is constantly engaged. (and is 0870)

just to say that i finally received my order by post from snapfish yesterday.

They are definately no longer sending to klick stores for pick up, even if an automated e-mail says they have.
