I have chamomile growing in my garden and was wondering how I make it into tea. Is it just the petals I use?

Hi
Glad you asked this as I have been growing chamomile for use as tea but had never got round to finding out how to do it!
Apparently you use the flowers, dried. Dry the flowers then crush them and use 1-2 tspns per cup.
Lots of answers from a search for "how do you make chamomile tea" on yahoo.com

I make all my own herb teas, I used to make them up in a tea pot and use a strainer ( with cammomile the op is right its the flower heads, although Ive never crushed them) now I use a cafetiere (sp) and find that easier. You can also dry the flower heads in the airring cupboard and then you have cammomile tea all year round.Real stupidity beats artificial intelligence every time.
