first time buyers (1 with a poor credit history) with a guarantor seeking a 100% mortgage... who should they go to?

when you say bad credit how bad and what is their occupations. depends on that really.
a lot of lenders wont do guarantor mortgage unless the person will be able to take on the mortgage themselves in near future.
example... trainee accountant with dad guarantor YES,
shop assistant with dad guarantor NO.0 -
