They cant make you pay more for a TV when they have it advertised for the price it is at.

If they want to be funny just cancel the order and get your money back!

Yay! First incorrect post on pricing errors, don't worry, I am sure that there will be many more.....

Oh dear, Oh dear, anyone here who seriously thinks they're going to get one of these TV's at the advertised prices is living in cloud cuckoo land.

Pixmania all over again, can see this thread going on and on and on and on and on and..............

Still, it should get amusing when the legal argument starts ;)

    Spot on.

Even though you are a Chelsea fan.

Don't worry about whether there is a contract or not. Even if there is it an't worth the paper it's written on so take a punt if you want to but if it doesn't pan out then forget it.

With regards to Cube247, isn't their terms and conditions a breach of the distance selling regulations...

There could be some discrepancies with this as the information under detailed specs is not the same as the item description???

The resolution is different and it is not full HD???

We could end up with a different product but then it would be their responsibility!

That doesn't really matter when you are not going to get the TV, does it?

It doesn't matter where OH works, this is basic common sense.

If you want the TV then they will ask you pay the correct price.
