i was lucky enough to get a treadmill through freecycle, but it has no instructions and google shows nothing.
its a carl lewis mtm25 although any cl manual treadmill instructions would be helpfull i should think.

Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!:eek:
