N.I. Cerebral Palsy Football Team ?

Hi I hope someone could help, We have a 10 year old daughter with C.P (Left Hemiplegia) who loves playing football,we have heard of N.I C.P Team,but have no idea how to contact them has anyone any ideas ? we live in Bangor,We have been told it might be in Belfast. Sorry if posted in wrong place, I hope someone could help with contact details, Many Thanks.
