Please be aware that Weight Watchers are about to launch their new programme, therefore 'off loading' via sales lots of their old books etc...
I believe lots of changes due based on how points are allocated per food items.0 -
they are changing the points which i believe is why the bars and crisps are on offer in meetings, i think they will be allocated higher points values, the only things currently available that wont change dramatically are the cookbooksbe loyal, be loud, be cas, be proud
