Endowment maturities - how much did you get ?

I've checked my statements and cannot find a mortgage promise value. This would make sense, as from memory, the mortgage was paid off in the late '90'sThe mortgage promise value first came to life around 20010 -
I have just received a maturity figure for my 18 year Aviva (ex CGNU) policy, maturing next month. £26,102, including a promise payment of £2,850.
The target amount was £31,250. Very disappointing.0
