I had a DMP with CCCS, the asked for wageslips etc which i sent them, they sent up a plan, but i thought the monthly payment was quite high, when i looked closer they had worked out by husbands wages on an average including overtime. I contacted them but they state that is what his average earnings are, as the overtime does not show separtly but as his bulk gross pay. I have explained that his is only guarnateed 40 hours a week, and any extra time he gets paid for. I have made 1 months payment to them but i know getting nearer xmas there will not be any extra hours so then he will only be getting his basic hours. I am panicing now and done know what to do. Please help, and advice would be gratefully received.

If CCCS won't budge then maybe change DMP provider eg payplan, cap or do your own self-administered DMP?DMP member no 390
