Hello All,
My mum is currently going through BR and has received all her paperwork to take to court to apply for BR.
Now, it says that because she earns less than 13000 she is entitled to full fee remission. It also says to take evidence of benefits otherwise full fee remission will be declined, however, she does not receive any benefits.
Can she just take her P60 or payslips to prove that she earns less than 13000?
Thanks in advance
Lynds

Go to page 9 section 4.
It says that if you are applying under low income then you only need to supply wage slips - did you not get this leaflet as part of the paperwork?
I got this from the sticky at the top of the forum btw.0 -
