buy to let remortgage wanted

Hi
We are living in a house my mum owns and so it is in our interests to keep the mortgage low- we pay her rent of course. We are not currently in a position to take on the mortgage. At the moment its 6% and it follows the base rate (can't remember what percentage though). Interest only as thats all we can afford. Does anyone know which lenders are competitive for 'buy to let' loans? Or is 6% not to bad for this type of mortgage for now? She is currently with Capital Home Loans.
Cheers

Try doing a search on one of the comparison sites, like Moneysupermarket.

The rates can be very competitive but there does tend to be arrangement fees as well so really look at the terms and conditions.
